Once you've decided to take the first step and learn more, submit a request on our website, and your journey with Goals® will begin with a free consultation. During the consultation, one of our expert surgical consultants will guide you through our different treatment options, determine your goals (link), and create a personalized transformation program tailored to you. During this consultation, we will also be able answer any of your questions in detail, discuss your goals and desires, and help you plan your transformation.
After you’ve completed your consultation, had a chance to learn about our procedure options and decided to move forward, you will be required to submit a booking fee to secure the surgery date, surgeon and pricing that you selected. Please note that, due to limited availability and high demand from other patients, Goals won’t be able to guarantee your booking until we have received your booking fee.
Once you have submitted your booking fee, a member of our scheduling team will contact you to confirm the date of your surgery, review all your upcoming deadlines and answer any additional questions. They will also review your obligations as you prepare for your procedure, such as the completion of your medical clearance paperwork, the submission of required lab results and payment deadlines. Once you have been scheduled, you’ll be able to reach out to our customer care team (833-462-5769 Opt. 2) for all additional support.
As mentioned above, patients have certain medical and financial obligations as they prepare for their procedures. Goals recommends that patients begin planning for the submission of their medical clearance and lab results around six (6) weeks before their procedure, such that there is enough time for this information to be submitted and reviewed by our clinical team. You can find the medical clearance form (link) and required blood work forms (link) on our website, or attached to your email confirmation from our scheduling team.
Once your test results and medical clearance have been received, our clinical team will begin the clinical review process. After thorough review (typically 3 to 5 business days), our pre operative team will reach out to confirm your surgical status, and explain any additional comments or questions from our providers. Labs are due 30 days before your scheduled procedure date. Please note that late submission may result in additional fees and/or the rescheduling of your procedure.
Complete any outstanding payments towards your procedure. Full payment is due at least 15 days prior to your procedure. Please note that late payment may result in additional fees and/or the rescheduling of your procedure. You can check your balance using your billing portal account by logging in here.
Around 3 to 5 days prior to your procedure, our pre operative care team will reach out to you to review any final preparatory steps needed. They will help answer any of your questions regarding surgery day and review the pre operative instructions for your procedure.
Before your procedure, you will be required to visit the pharmacy on file to pick up your medications. On surgery day, you will also be required to have an escort (an adult over 18 years of age) to drop you off and/or pick you up after your procedure.
On the day of the surgery, arrive at your scheduled location (link) 1 hour before the procedure. Patients are urged to make sure they have their prescribed medications with them on the day of their procedure, and to arrive with an escort who will be taking them home after discharge.
Depending on the type of procedure, most patients will be required to arrive at one of our locations 1 or 2 days after their surgery for a mandatory post operative treatment. This visit also allows us to make sure that your healing process is going smoothly, and answer any questions you may have as you begin your recovery process. Please note that patients who purchase post operative supplies (surgical garment, cushions etc.) will also receive their package on the day of this visit.
After 30 days, our team will reach out to you to help coordinate your follow up appointment with our team. The follow up allows us to ensure your healing process is moving along smoothly, and gives us the opportunity to help answer any questions you may have.
