Laser Hair Removal
Unwanted leg hair can be a huge inconvenience. And older methods of hair removal like shaving or waxing are painful and must be repeated every other week if not weekly.
After only a few sessions, laser hair removal can become permanent, meaning you won’t have to repeat treatments over and over.
How does Laser Hair Removal work?
Laser Hair Removal treatments work by targeting hair and their stem cells through pulses of energy that pass through the skin. The laser destroys hair follicles in a matter of minutes with minimal (if any at all!) discomfort. The laser energy passes through a handpiece, operated by us, destroying the follicle and eliminating its ability to grow.
Who is a good candidate for Laser Hair Removal?
Laser Hair Removal can work for everyone, regardless of skin tone, skin type or hair texture. In the past only those with fare skin could have laser hair removal. It works no matter of skin tone or texture, from fare skin to dark skin we can remove unwanted body hair faster and more efficiently than any other laser on the market today.
If you are tired of waxing or shaving unwanted hair on a daily basis is the perfect candidate for laser hair removal. Our customers are both men and women, simply looking to remove unwanted hair on any part of the body.
How should I prepare for Laser Hair Removal?
There isn’t too much preparation required. However, it does help to avoid too much contact with the sun a week or so prior to your treatment. And discuss any prescription or non-prescription creams or medications, you may be taking, with our staff.
How does Laser Hair Removal Feel? Is it painful?
Many of our clients compare the feeling of the laser’s pulse to that of a snap of a rubber band. In years past Laser Hair Removal has been a very painful process, but thanks to our qualified professionals and the use of the FDA-approved lasers, we can remove hair on multiple strengths and wavelengths. Our lasers have a superior cooling effect as it comes with cryogen blast, which cools down the skin while destroying active hair follicles, thus minimizing discomfort.
How many sessions of Laser Hair Removal will I need?
The treated hairs begin to fall over a course of treatment, generally in 2 to 3 weeks’ time. It may take up to a series of sessions to remove the hairs completely but the client will start seeing the result after the first treatment. As the treatment progresses, you will see that fewer and fewer hairs return. If you want to experience the highest degree of hair reduction permanently, it is important to finish the entire series of treatment.
How is the recovery process and what should I watch out for?
The best part of modern Laser Hair Removal is that there is 0 DOWNTIME! After the procedure, the patient is advised to avoid heat and sun. Post treatment, do not indulge in exercise for at least 24 hours and do not go into the sauna. Avoid using harsh products and exfoliating the skin until a week after the treatment. Otherwise you can resume daily activities almost immediately.

By far the best laser hair removal device for patients with medium to dark skin tones! It also has one of the lowest regrowth rates of all lasers, allowing patients to experience longer lasting results!
- Cynosure Elite: The Cynosure Elite is similar to the YAG, in its versatility. It works on multiple wavelengths including 755 nm and 1064 nm. Allowing the client unmatched efficiency and unmatched comfort! The Elite model is known to work on larger treatment areas than most other laser, and does it at a rate very few lasers can keep up with! This is why it is often referred to as the lunch-break laser, as most treatments can be done within 20-30 minutes, even for the largest of treatment areas!
